Common Neurodiagnostic Evaluation Appointment Related Questions:
Q: How long with the appointment last?
A: Your appointment will last approximately 90 minutes. If multiple family members are being evaluated, as a group your appointment will last for approximately 90 minutes.
Q: I currently am taking medication, should I stop before my appointment?
A: No, continue taking your medication as prescribed.
Q: Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
A: Yes. If you have not already attended one of our lectures, we would encourage you to watch the lecture online by selecting the ABOUT menu above and choosing WATCH LECTURE.

A: For a complete list of locations, please select the LOCATIONS menu above.
To Schedule:
1. Read these instructions and click the first “Book Now” button at the top of the page.
2. At the “Select Service” drop down menu choose the location for your appointment.
3. At the “Number in Group” drop down menu choose the number of individuals that will be receiving an evaluation. The maximum number in any group is 5.
4. At “Select Date” use the calendar to choose the date that best fits your schedule.
5. When you choose a date, the appointment times for that day will appear.
6. Open appointment times have a white box to right of the indicated time. Identify the open appointment time of your choice and click the white box to its right.
7. Complete the required information and click the “Finalize Appointment” button.
