It was during a two-year doctoral internship at DeVos Children’s Hospital that Dr. Royer and Dr. Jansen first worked together. When Dr. Royer began Neurocore and started to offer EEG biofeedback services, Dr. Jansen was the first technician hired to assist in providing those services. Dr. Jansen later completed his doctoral residency at the Hawthorn Center in Northville, Michigan, the only long-term child and adolescent psychiatric hospital in the state. From there Dr. Jansen took a position as a Child and Adolescent Psychologist with Holland Hospital. Since returning to Neurocore, Dr. Jansen is actively involved in the Grandville office on a daily basis assisting with patient care and program development. Dr. Jansen is a fully licensed psychologist in the State of Michigan.
